This fantastic model includes three floors and features removable segments so you can easily access the detailed interior. The first floor features a 1950s-style gas station complete with fuel pump, kiosk and auto repair shop, fully equipped with roll-up door, lift and tire changer. The middle floor houses a veterinary practice complete with examination table, aquarium and waiting room, including a sofa. And on the top floor you will find a well-equipped apartment complete with kitchen, TV, sofa, bed and a staircase leading to the roof terrace with deck chair, umbrella and flower garden. The exterior of the building features a classic 1950s-style facade with signage, detailed windows and a decorative eaves. The set also includes a sidewalk area with a tree and squiggly streetlight. This beautiful addition to the "Building with Modules" series is designed to provide a challenging and rewarding building experience full of nostalgia. The model also includes a motor scooter, a tow truck and 6 minifigures, as well as the animal figures parrot, rabbit, dog, frog and fish.

• The three-story "Corner Garage" advanced building set includes a variety of buildable details. These include the 1950s-style facade with a gas station sign, windows, bay windows, an arched entry door, a roll-up garage door, a decorative roof cornice and roof deck, and a detailed sidewalk area with a tree and squiggly streetlight. This set also includes a tow truck and a scooter.
• The first floor includes a gas station with a bucket and a gasoline pump including a hose, a kiosk, and an auto repair shop including a cash register, tool holder and tool cart, oil barrel, tire changer, and functioning lift.
• The middle floor contains a veterinarian's office with an examination table, parrot perch and aquarium, there is also a waiting room with a sofa, armchair, table and flowerpot, as well as the veterinarian's desk lamp, microscope, cup, newspaper, envelope, scissors and syringe.
• The apartment on the top floor has a well-equipped kitchen with an oven in which bake cookies, a sink, frying pan, cup, salt and pepper, spoon and spatula. Also, a sofa, a bed, an old-fashioned TV and a bathroom with toilet.
• The roof terrace has a deck chair, a parasol and a flower garden.
• The tow truck has a working winch.
• Accessories include a window squeegee and hard hat.
• Help the gas station employee fill up the scooter in the style of the 50s.
• Roll up the gate to enter Jo's auto repair shop. It's fully equipped with a tire changer and a functioning lifting platform.
