Our very first MOC that we ever published and now a real classic. It is also our most popular MOC on Rebrickable.com
It was inspired by the Lego® Creator set #31097 Town House with Pet Shop. We thought that the design of the building would certainly fit very well into the world of Modular Buildings and so we set about creating a unique corner building.
As in its "small" role model, this modular building houses a small tea bar with a terrace, as well as a pet shop with rabbits and aquariums.
But the highlight of this townhouse is the luxurious duplex apartment with a large solar panel on the roof and a balcony. The second floor of the apartment has large windows on almost every side. Movable sun blinds on both floors of the apartment prevent direct sunlight.
